Five Steps to Family-Safe Water Quality
Our water quality testing is a professional laboratory analysis, not just an on-site test strip or basic water check. The goal is to understand what is actually in your home’s water so we can recommend the right solution, rather than guessing.
1. Our plumber visits the home and collects the water sample
The plumber will talk with you about any concerns you are experiencing – such as taste, odor, staining, hardness, discoloration, buildup, or overall water quality – and properly collect the sample for testing.
2. The sample is sent to a laboratory for analysis.
Because this is a lab-based test, the results provide a much more detailed picture of the home's water than a basic in-home screening.
3. We receive and review the laboratory results.
Once the results are returned, we review the findings to identify any water-quality issues that may need to be addressed.
4. We work with our water-quality team to develop a customized plan.
Based specifically on the laboratory findings, Gorjanc and our partners determine what treatment – if any – would be appropriate for your home. This could involve recommendations designed to address the specific issues identified in the water rather than offering a one-size-fits-all system.
