Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC installation. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team.

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Installing, setting up, and maintaining residential HVAC systems
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working with a team of experienced technicians
• Growing your skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Depending On Experience

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Applicants

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation - we value your expertise!
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record - safety first!
• Pass a drug screen and physical - we ensure everyone's health & safety!
• Excellent safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings - no compromises!
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and provide mutually beneficial solutions - customer satisfaction is our priority.
• Possess basic hand tools - we value your skills!

Requirements

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold - we brave all weather!
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day - we rise to the occasion!

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
