Installation Lead Technician (Forced Air)
This candidate has ability and knowledge to lead team in furnace, air conditioning, humidifier and air cleaner installation, including trade skills such as gas, electrical, sheetmetal and refrigeration. Also has good problem solving skills and possesses good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Installation Assistant
This candidate should possess mechanical aptitude, and background in HVAC industry is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and attend classes is a must. Growth leads to Installation Lead Technician.
Installation Lead Technician (Hydronics)
This candidate has ability and knowledge to lead team in hot water and steam boiler installation, including trade skills such as pipefitter, gas, electrical. Also has good problem solving skills and possesses good communication skills and willingness to learn. Knowledge of radiant in-floor and ceiling, and snowmelt a plus.
Sales Designer
This candidate has previous sales experience in either wholesale or retail HVAC and is self motivated and energized to assist clients. Experience with Heat Loss/Gain Calculations a plus. Ability to work with Drawings a plus.
