Installation Lead Technician (Forced Air)

This candidate has ability and knowledge to lead team in furnace, air conditioning, humidifier and air cleaner installation, including trade skills such as gas, electrical, sheetmetal and refrigeration. Also has good problem solving skills and possesses good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Installation Assistant

This candidate should possess mechanical aptitude, and background in HVAC industry is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and attend classes is a must. Growth leads to Installation Lead Technician.

Service Technician

This candidate has ability and knowledge to service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and boilers.  Candidate must possess good communication skills, willingness to learn and have good problem solving skills.

Sales Designer

This candidate has previous sales experience and is self motivated and energized to assist clients. Experience with Heat Loss/Gain Calculations a plus.
